What You’ll Do
- Install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems efficiently and professionally
- Complete and submit invoices accurately for customer billing, including collecting payments when needed
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked work truck
- Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on system upgrades or improvements
- Work with a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with a solid work ethic
- Experience with HVAC installation and ductwork (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to obtain N.A.T.E. and EPA Certification (if not already certified)
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with low-voltage control wiring
