R+H Aesthetic Medicine is a premier, physician-led aesthetic medical practice serving Northern California. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our Roseville team.
This position is being offered initially as a temporary role, with the potential to transition into a regular full-time position based on practice needs, performance, and mutual fit.

About the Position
The Medical Assistant will work closely with our medical providers and patient concierge team to support the daily clinical operations of our Roseville office.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Rooming patients and preparing them for treatments and consultations
- Obtaining and documenting appropriate patient information
- Taking standardized clinical and before-and-after photographs
- Assisting providers during aesthetic procedures
- Preparing supplies and equipment for treatments
- Cleaning and turning over treatment rooms between patients
- Cleaning and disinfecting equipment according to practice protocols
- Reviewing and helping maintain clinical supply and medication inventory
- Supporting patient flow throughout the clinical day
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record as directed
- Supporting infection-control, safety, and quality-assurance protocols
- Helping maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the clinical environment
- Assisting the clinical team with other responsibilities appropriate to the Medical Assistant role and scope of practice
- Assist with front-office coverage as needed
- Perform blood draws/venipuncture as appropriate to training and scope

Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, or another procedure-based medical practice is particularly valued, although aesthetic experience is not required for an otherwise strong candidate.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and at least one year of prior Medical Assistant experience
- Prior dermatology, plastic surgery, procedural medicine, or aesthetics experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Temporary position with the potential to transition to regular full-time employment

Schedule
This position is expected to involve 4 to 5 weekdays per week, based on the needs of the practice.
We are seeking someone who can begin relatively soon and who has the flexibility to provide reliable weekday coverage.
For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for the position to transition into a regular full-time role.
