We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Machinist to join our manufacturing team, operating conventional machine tools including manual lathes, vertical mills, and drill presses to produce precision components. In this hands-on role, you will perform setups, select proper tooling and speeds/feeds based on material specifications, maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments, and safely execute hole-making and metal-cutting operations. The ideal candidate possesses a mechanical aptitude, a baseline understanding of machining mechanics across multiple equipment types, and a strict commitment to shop safety and quality standards.
