We’re building a team of motivated Retail Telecommunications Sales Representatives as we prepare for our planned Oklahoma City expansion in September 2026.
You’ll begin by representing a Fortune 100 telecommunications company inside major retail stores throughout the Valley. Through paid training and hands-on coaching, you’ll learn customer service, sales, team development, and leadership fundamentals.
High-performing team members who demonstrate professionalism, consistency, and leadership potential may be considered to help support the Oklahoma City expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers inside major retail locations
- Identify customer needs through effective questions
- Present internet, mobile, and entertainment solutions
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily coaching and development
- Learn how to train and support newer team members
- Prepare for increased responsibilities as the organization expands
