Do you have a passion for helping at-risk children right when and where they need it most…in their schools, homes and neighborhoods? Beech Brook, one of Northeast Ohio's premier mental health agencies, is currently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Clinical Lead Therapists and Clinical Behavioral Specialist's staff in our expanding school-based population. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Education:

Minimum of a Masters Degree
Licensed as LISW-S, LPCC-S or IMFT-S.

Essential Responsibilities (Other duties as needed):

Travel to schools and community sites to provide supervision to our school-based clinical team
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to meet compliance requirements
Facilitate effective relationships in order to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team as well as manage partnerships with the schools
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex mental health needs.
