Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant , and or Home Health Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and assist patients with daily activities, ensuring a high standard of care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to main office.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly those with dementia or behavioral health needs.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- 1-2 year(s) Experience or training in dementia care, behavioral health, or senior care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
-MUST have the ability to commute.
-MUST Have A Valid Driver's License.
-MUST be ok with Cats/Dog and personal care with male clients
-MUST have a level 2 background check in the State of Florida
-MUST have reliable transportation
