Ashton Medical Lodge is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for our skilled nursing facility in Midland. Daily shifts rely on clear communication and structured routines. Floor staff collaborate directly to balance the daily care workload, ensuring that patient assignments remain manageable. Central supply areas are restocked daily so team members have the tools required for every shift.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Available operational hours are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily bedside care, including hygiene assistance and personal grooming, to facility residents.
- Assist with resident transfers, adjustments, and mobility protocols using proper safety equipment.
- Monitor standard vital signs and document accurate data inside the electronic medical records system.
- Answer resident call lights promptly to address immediate needs or comfort requests.
- Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common clinical areas throughout the shift.
- Relay significant changes in resident physical or behavioral status directly to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Applicants must possess an active, valid Texas CNA Certification compiled from data verified in the "Job Post Gem Brain of Data" file.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check as required by state healthcare regulations.
- Drug Test: Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screening.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance and shift punctuality.
