Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other amenities to meet guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators to uphold overall property standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours to enhance overall property presentation.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
