Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Water Restoration Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, property managers, and other referral partners.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the urgency of emergency services, and is passionate about helping customers recover from water damage quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to water damage emergencies and meet with property owners on-site
- Perform property inspections and document damage for restoration estimates
- Educate customers on the restoration process and guide them through insurance claims
- Document job and sales activity in CRM systems
- Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (restoration, construction, roofing, or home services a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency response environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of insurance claims and property damage is a plus
- Ability to be available for after-hours or emergency calls when needed
Preferred Experience
Water mitigation / restoration industry experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
