Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented US Sales Professional to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across North American markets. This individual will be the primary face of Bacancy Technology in the US, responsible for building relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, closing IT services deals, and expanding our portfolio of managed services and dedicated engineering team engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across target verticals including IT, FinTech, SaaS, and Enterprise Technology
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and discovery calls through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts via outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
- Develop deep relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision makers (CTO, CIO, CPO, VP Engineering)
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and solution architects to craft tailored proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
- Represent Bacancy at industry conferences and events including HIMSS, CHIME, Money20/20, and regional tech summits
- Maintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, activity, forecast) and provide weekly reporting to leadership
Partner with the marketing team on demand generation campaigns, LinkedIn thought leadership, and ABM initiatives
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas for new logos and ARR growth
- Gather competitive intelligence and provide market feedback to shape service offerings and GTM strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or technology

- Proven track record of selling offshore / nearshore IT services or managed engineering teams to
- US clients
- Experience closing deals in the $100K–$2M+ range with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Deep understanding of the US technology buyer landscape and offshore delivery models
- Strong consultative selling skills — ability to map client pain points to technical solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience in Healthcare IT (EHR, FHIR/HL7, HIPAA, RCM, telemedicine) or FinTech
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies — Agile, Scrum, sprint-based delivery
- Existing rolodex / network of US tech buyers or digital health decision makers
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams across time zones (India, Eastern Europe)
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development trends and modern engineering tooling
Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
