Job Summary
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and become a vital part of transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions! In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, to implement personalized behavior plans. Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, and other self-care routines, fostering independence and confidence
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills through engaging teaching strategies
- Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions in various settings, settings such as schools or clinics
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
Experience with children or as RBT is preferred however, we are willing to train the right person! We offer paid training and will guide you through the process of becoming a credentialed Registered Behavior Technician.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
