At weddings and events, you are the face of Zeffert and Gold throughout the party. More importantly, you are involved in a once in a lifetime experience for our guests!
- Work as a team to set up tables, chairs, linens and any room décor, in a neat and timely fashion- feel free to throw a little dance in
- Look to your manager for direction on detailed event set-up
- Have a versatile mind-set, as your manager may need other assistance around the event space
- Able to be on foot up to 10 hours at a time, and able to lift up-to 50lbs
- Fine dining work experience preferred; but not required, if you are willing to learn
- Bartenders- Previous working experience is required.
- Set the tables with precision – after all silverware has been polished
- Throughout the evening you will be expected to help set up any displays and keep them stocked (appetizer tables, buffet tables, coffee and tea, etc.), along with busing tables and display areas
- Be sure to keep all areas clean and presentable; and with a positive attitude, provide each guest the warmest of smiles and care for them with the utmost respect!
- Keep water goblets full- no one likes to be thirsty!
- All guest interactions are handled with well-mannered, polite responses
- We set up for events with attention to detail in every aspect; our guests expect us to provide perfection when they enter as well as throughout the duration of the event
- This is one of the most important days of our client’s lives; it is crucial all expectations are met and exceeded
- We promote a “we” not “me” atmosphere. Everyone pitches in to clean up the event space, leaving it cleaner than we found it
