With two locations serving the Brandon/Tampa Bay and Sarasota/Manatee areas, we take great pride in delivering fast, efficient, and knowledgeable service to our policyholders. JOB DESCRIPTION: INSURANCE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE working within Brandon, FL. office location
A sample of pertinent Responsibilities we are looking for:
- Selling from initial quote to the binding of multi-Line Property and Casualty Insurance products
- Providing Customer Service for multi-line Property and Casualty Insurance Products
- Precise documentation of policyholder interaction within our Applied/TAM Client Management system
- Customer follow-up in a timely and professional manner
- Take in-coming calls to the Agency
A sample of the Requirements/Skills we are looking for:
- Positive “Can Do” Attitude
- Active 220 or 440 Florida Insurance License in Good Standing
- Insurance Sales/Service Experience
- Strong Verbal/Written Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal and networking skills
- Detail oriented with excellent record keeping skills and follow-up
- Computer Skills – Microsoft programs, Client Mgmt. Software i.e. Applied, Data Entry
- First (Agency) level underwriting/Risk Assessment skills
- Florida Insurance Market familiarization
