As a Medication Technician / Certified Medication Aide, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:
Safely administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the nursing team
Accurately documenting medication administration and resident observations
Assisting residents with activities of daily living when needed
Providing compassionate, person-centered care while building meaningful relationships
Supporting and collaborating with caregivers and nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification required (or as required by the State of New Jersey)
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
