About the Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our production floor by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in CNC Mill and Lathe operation to ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards while maintaining an efficient and safe workspace.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise setups and operation of CNC Mills and Lathes to meet complex engineering specifications.

Proactively manage tool offsets and coolant levels to ensure consistent part conformity throughout production runs.

Perform essential post-machining tasks, including deburring and hardware installation, to prepare components for final assembly.

Document production progress and quality results by accurately completing in-process inspection forms.

Collaborate with team leadership to troubleshoot program discrepancies and optimize machine performance.

Maintain a high-standard, organized work environment that strictly adheres to established safety and OSHA protocols.
Qualifications-
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

3-5 years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Mills or Lathes.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and GD&T.

Expertise using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

Proven ability to work with diverse materials including steel, aluminum, titanium, and various plastics.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Direct experience operating Haas CNC equipment.

Technical knowledge of multi-axis machining, including 5-axis setups.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software environments.

Experience with specialized hardware installation such as standoffs and helicoils.

Strong mathematical aptitude and basic computer literacy.
