We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our restoration company by building partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, and other referral sources.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys meeting new people, and thrives in a performance-based environment where hard work is rewarded.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new restoration business through networking and relationship building.
- Visit plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial businesses.
- Follow up with existing referral partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Track sales activities and opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking and community events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales or B2B sales is a plus).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.
