Our Property Management Company is seeking a maintenance technician/handyman. Hours are Monday-Friday during daytime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls.
- Perform general cleaning of common areas, vacant units, and work areas as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Must have own insured vehicle/valid Driver's License
- Must be able to travel to different locations each day within Northern NJ
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment, basic tools required
- Deadline & detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
