The Role:

Leading and developing your own team of 4-5 direct reports

Hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on plant equipment (conveyors, motors, hydraulic / pneumatic systems)

Driving continuous improvement and maintenance projects

Championing a strong safety culture across the team

May include occasional weekend coverage
The Person:

Journeyman Electrician or Millwright background

Proven supervisory / leadership experience within a maintenance setting

Heavy industrial / heavy manufacturing background (steel, automotive, wood, paper)
