What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Welding, sheet metal work, and panel replacement
- Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure proper repairs
- Conduct quality checks and inspections for safety and performance
- Collaborate with estimators and production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Stay current on industry repair procedures, including aluminum repair
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of collision repair experience preferred
- Experience with welding, structural repairs, and measuring systems
- I-CAR training or certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 4x10 schedule
