C-TEC Secondary Center is seeking a licensed Intervention Specialist, or a candidate eligible to obtain appropriate licensure, to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will support students with disabilities in accessing and successfully participating in career-technical education programs while preparing for postsecondary education, employment, military service, independent living, and community participation.
Responsibilities include providing specialized instruction, case management, transition planning, and ensuring compliance with state and federal special education requirements. The Intervention Specialist will maintain detailed and accurate records and collaborate effectively with students, families, associate school districts, C-TEC staff, employers, and community agencies to support positive student outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills and serve as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure students receive the supports necessary for success. Experience managing a special education caseload and developing transition plans is preferred. While not required, experience in a co-teaching environment and supporting students in career-technical education settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $43,855.00 - $100,485.00 per year
