Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on kids toys .
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cashiering and cash handling transactions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries via phone communication and in person, offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and merchandising strategies aligned with store standards
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; enthusiasm for kids toys
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have to serve diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions.
- Organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory control efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends; excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions.
