Prior schooling for Dental Assisting OR experience dental assisting needed.
X-ray License is NOT required. The practice is open to reimbursing for Radiology Testing.
This is a growing new practice. The hours would originally be part time (about 30 hours a week), but we would hope to extend to full time in the next few months.
You would be one of the original staff members. We do NOT have an office manager, Lead Dental Assistant, Hygienists or EFDAs yet, so there would be opportunity to possibly grow into these roles and increase your earning potential.
The practice plans to give raises much more frequently than once a year that may be the standard at other offices.
Single doctor practice so you would be working with the same doctor each day.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with proficiency in dental assisting techniques and knowledge of infection control standards.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds including pediatrics.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
