Position Overview
We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable individuals with positive attitudes who can work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available as needed)
Key Responsibilities
· Mold Setup, Pouring & Cleanup
o Remove curing tarps, open molds, and strip finished products
o Clean and prepare molds and surrounding work areas
o Install reinforcement and close molds
o Pour and finish concrete
o Clean and reset molds and cover for curing
· Standards & Quality
o Follow company procedures and industry standards to produce high-quality products
o Read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions
· Equipment Operation
o Safely operate basic hand and power tools
Qualifications
· Must be 18 years or older
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
· Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience
· Manufacturing or construction experience (or similar hands-on work)
· Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math
· Blueprint reading experience
Location Requirement
Must be local to or willing to commute to Lockport, NY (no relocation offered)
