Location: Western NC
Pay: $34 - $39 p/h (DOE)
Bonuses: $1,000 sign on bonus plus + further performance bonuses
Shifts: Nights // 2-2-3 schedule

About the role
We’re a growing beverage manufacturing facility looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations. This role focuses on keeping equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently while minimizing downtime in a fast-paced, food-safe environment.
What you’ll do
- Support aseptic manufacturing processes
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems
- Support production lines to minimize unplanned downtime
- Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and line modifications
- Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and plant safety standards
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years maintenance experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments
- Aseptic manufacturing experience (required)
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, HVAC, and plant utilities
- Comfortable working in cold, wet, and production environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
- Tetra Pak / Krones experience (preferred)
- PLC troubleshooting exposure
- Food safety or audit experience (FDA / USDA / GMPs)
