Lat40°, Inc. is a Greeley based land surveying firm seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual for an office Survey Drafting/CAD Technician position. - Work with project manager to understand and complete project scope, budget and schedule
- Follow policies and procedures for efficient and accurate workflow
- Process field data to prepare drawings
- Prepare calculations for Construction Staking
- Draft Topographic Surveys
- Draft Oil & Gas Surveys
- Draft Boundary Surveys
- Draft Easement Exhibits
- Draft Basemaps
- Prepare property descriptions
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Review and redline drafts from team members
- 3 Years of drafting experience AutoCAD/Civi3D/Carlson
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Trimble Business Center
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol tests and background checks
- Ability to carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to apply principles and practices of land surveying
- Strong attention to detail R Professionalism
- Strong math skills
- Team oriented
- Client-focused
- Land Survey Intern (LSI) or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of Pix4d and aerial photogrammetry software
- Field land surveying experience
- Construction/Engineering or Oil & Gas experience
- Current Safety training (OSHA, Safeland, H2S, CPR, First Aid)
