Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Patient Coordinator (Remote + In-Person)

We are a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Chinese-speaking Patient Coordinator to join our team.
This position is 50/50 remote with in-person responsibilities in our clinic in Costa Mesa and offers flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
- Follow up with leads and prospective patients
- Assist with patient education and treatment information
- Support patient retention and relationship management
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives within the Chinese community
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to build rapport and trust with patients
- Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Chinese social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, plastic surgery office, dermatology, or wellness clinic
- Sales or patient conversion experience
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products
