Class C Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class C Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering products to customers, supporting warehouse operations, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
- Verify delivery loads against shipping paperwork and obtain delivery confirmations.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time service.
- Load and unload materials safely while following company procedures.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training or certification available for qualified candidates).
- Perform vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Report inventory shortages, customer feedback, and delivery concerns to management.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as needed and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean DMV driving record.
- Current auto insurance.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating stake bed trucks is a plus.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
- Comfortable loading and unloading trucks and working in both warehouse and outdoor environments.
- Ability to work in changing temperatures and warehouse conditions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable laws.
- Must be available to work overtime when business needs require.
