Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
- Lead, train, coach, and develop staff
- Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet financial goals
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement
