You'll travel directly to customers' homes and businesses, work independently, and make a real impact on people's lives every single day. This isn't a typical shop job. Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and service Ford vehicles

Perform thorough multi-point inspections and flag additional needs

Document all work accurately using a tablet or laptop

Communicate repair plans clearly with customers and your service coordinator

Represent Bill Colwell Ford with professionalism at every stop

2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
-
Strong diagnostic skills — mechanical and electrical

Comfortable with diagnostic tools, tablets, and laptops

Automotive certification(s) preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent communicator — you can explain technical work to non-technical people

Physically capable of bending, squatting, and working in varied weather conditions
