Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences. As the person who keeps our properties running smoothly, you will help ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
This role goes beyond fixing problems — it requires someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, notices the small details, and understands that every repair contributes to a positive experience. From routine preventative maintenance to troubleshooting unexpected issues, you will help protect the quality and condition of our properties.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes ownership of completing tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties.
- Travel between assigned worksites throughout the day to complete service requests and projects.
- Respond promptly to guest and property maintenance needs, including:
o Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
o Basic HVAC troubleshooting
o Minor plumbing repairs
o Basic electrical repairs
o Cable and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Complete interior repairs such as painting, drywall repair, minor carpentry, and general home upkeep.
- Inspect vacant properties and identify maintenance needs before guest arrival.
- Maintain property exteriors through basic grounds upkeep, debris removal, and general care.
- Remove trash and maintain clean, safe work areas.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when additional support is needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Provide support to other departments when urgent property needs arise.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
- Manage assigned work orders from start to finish with strong attention to detail.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Previous maintenance, construction, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general home repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues involving:
o Plumbing
o Electrical systems
o HVAC equipment
o Appliances
o Fixtures and finishes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to regularly lift 20+ pounds.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
- Must be available for occasional overtime, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours emergency calls.
- Successful completion of a background screening is required.
