I. JOB SUMMARY:
- Performs functions related to enhancing the social and emotional functioning of patients and their families within The Queen’s Medical Center (QMC) and/or out-patient services.
- Performs duties in accordance with departmental and Medical Center policies and procedures.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION:
- Master's degree in Social Work..
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- Current Hawaii State license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Hawaii State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
C. EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year experience in an acute care facility or specialty highly preferred.
