The Senior Contract Manager independently manages complex contract management activities, including drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle oversight for high‑impact agreements. The position provides advanced analysis, supports risk‑based decision‑making, and ensures contracts are structured to optimize business value while maintaining compliance.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle of complex contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration.

Lead negotiations for moderate to complex agreements, balancing business objectives, financial considerations, and risk.

Analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying risks, obligations, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract structure, interpretation, and compliance requirements.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of contracts, amendments, and supporting materials.

Monitor contract performance, obligations, and compliance, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to align contracts with organizational goals.

Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within contract portfolios.

Support development and refinement of contract templates, standards, and processes.

Provide informal guidance or mentorship to less experienced team members.
Essential Skills:

Required Experience: 4 - 6 years in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or related field.

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and negotiation practices.

Ability to interpret complex contract language and assess risk and compliance implications.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)

Target Compensation: $93,000 - $111,500 + Annual Bonus
