- Saturdays only
- Hours: 6:00am - 12:00pm/2:00pm (varies by event, typically 6-7 hours)
- Very part-time, perfect for weekend side income
About Us: The Grands at Mulligans is a premier wedding and event venue known for exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our setup crew and help create beautiful wedding spaces for our couples.
What You'll Do:
- Set up tables and chairs for wedding receptions and ceremonies
- Arrange linens, glassware, flatware, and napkins with attention to detail
- Fold napkins and polish glassware and silverware to ensure everything looks perfect
- Set up ceremony spaces (chairs, aisle decor, etc.)
- Place centerpieces and decor throughout the venue
- Clean and maintain the parking lot and outdoor areas
- Ensure all event rooms are pristine and ready for the couple's big day
- Work with the team to execute the couple's vision and make their wedding beautiful
What We're Looking For:
- Organized and detail-oriented - you notice when things aren't quite right and fix them
- Reliable and punctual (early morning start time is a must)
- Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and event materials
- Takes pride in making things look perfect
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No previous experience required - we'll train you on our setup standards
