We are looking for a Front Desk Associate (Member Services), which will require working weekends, nights & holidays. As a Front Desk Associate (Member Services), you will be the first person a member encounters, making you the face of Lion's Den Gym!
Required Availability: Monday - Friday 7am-10pm AND Weekends.
The position would entail the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
- Assist members with check-ins, guest passes, and membership inquiries.
- Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and programs.
- Membership Management:
- Register new members and process membership renewals.
- Update member information and billing details.
- Handle membership cancellations.
- Collect payments and resolve billing issues.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with general gym upkeep, such as cleaning equipment or restocking supplies.
Lions Den Gym is family owned and operated which has been in business since April 2023. We have an amazing mix of gym members and staff that create a fun and exciting work environment. We all "wear many hats" on a daily basis and help each other out to get each task done. Ideally, the perfect fit for this position is a person that aspires to be a pivotal influence that enjoys seeing their hard work directly translate to the success of the business.
