Part Server. Part Bartender. 100% Hospitality.
We’re looking for someone who loves taking care of people, can move comfortably between the dining room and the bar, and understands that great hospitality is about more than carrying plates or making drinks.
This is a hybrid Server/Bartender position for someone who likes variety. One shift you might be behind the bar shaking cocktails and chatting with regulars; another you might be working the floor, guiding guests through the menu and keeping the energy of the room going.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and make them feel genuinely taken care of
- Serve tables confidently and efficiently
- Make cocktails, pour beer and wine, and handle bar service
- Learn our food, cocktail, beer and wine menus
- Make thoughtful recommendations and help guests discover something new
- Take orders and accurately manage tabs and payments
- Keep the bar and dining room clean, stocked and ready for service
- Help with opening, closing and side work
- Jump in wherever the team needs you — we do not recognize the phrase "not my job"
- Bring personality, warmth and positive energy to every shift
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a cocktail encyclopedia, but you should have solid hospitality experience and be excited to learn.
You're probably a great fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years serving and/or bartending experience
- Love to handle a busy room without losing your cool
- Genuinely enjoy talking to guests and building relationships
- Care about the details
- Work quickly while still being warm and attentive
- Are dependable and communicate well
- Like working as part of a team
- Can take direction without taking yourself too seriously
- Notice what needs to be done and just do it
- Believe hospitality should be fun — for the guests and the people working the shift
- Like to bring positivity to your work place, and leave the drama at home
We're looking for hospitality people, not order takers.
That means reading the room, helping your teammates, remembering a regular's drink, noticing when someone needs something before they have to ask, and understanding that every guest interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little better.
We’re a small team, so attitude, reliability, and showing up for each other matter.
This Is NOT for You If…
- “That’s not my job” is a phrase you’ve uttered and meant.
- You bring drama — we like drama in the cocktails, not on the floor.
- A negative attitude tends to follow you into work.
- You’re regularly too tired, or too checked out to bring your best.
- You spend your shift figuring out how early you can leave and are in a hurry to close
- You call out frequently or constantly request time off.
- You can’t commit to a regular shift and be someone the team can count on.
- Helping a teammate feels like an inconvenience instead of part of the job.
- You’re looking for just another restaurant job rather than a place where you can be part of the family.
