About the Role
As an HVAC Field Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring environmental comfort and system reliability for our clients. You will utilize your technical expertise in HVAC/R systems to diagnose, repair, and optimize climate control infrastructure, directly impacting the operational efficiency and longevity of critical equipment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on diverse heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Leverage advanced diagnostic instruments, including Ohmmeters, to accurately identify and resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions.

Enhance system performance by replacing critical components such as compressors, pumps, and motors with precision.

Perform structural repairs and system modifications through professional-grade welding techniques.

Drive operational excellence by managing property-specific HVAC maintenance schedules and ensuring all work adheres to safety and efficiency standards.

Deliver high-quality service by providing clear, professional communication to clients regarding system status and necessary technical solutions.

Safely operate company-provided vehicles to ensure timely arrival and service delivery at various client sites.

Proven professional experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair.

Proficiency in diagnosing and servicing complex refrigeration and climate control systems.

Strong problem-solving capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Technical expertise with Chiller, Aaon, Laars, and Aerco equipment.

Working knowledge of boiler operations and hydronic plumbing systems.

Formal certification in HVAC technology or a related mechanical field.

Experience with general appliance and equipment troubleshooting.
