We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding 5-star service in residential and commercial environments, while also assisting with mold remediation and restoration services. This role is essential in creating safe, healthy, and visually appealing spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and demolition of contaminated materials of assigned areas, including commercial and residential spaces
- Assist with mold remediation tasks, including setting up containment, HEPA vacuuming, demolition of affected materials, and detailed cleaning with antimicrobial agents
- Handle emergency water damage and restoration-related tasks as needed (equipment setup, material removal, job site prep) - available for OT opportunities after hours and weekends
- Maintain cleaning and restoration equipment, ensuring it is stocked and in proper working condition
- Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards on every job
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills when interacting with team members and clients
- Previous cleaning, restoration, or labor experience preferred (but not required) - IICRC Certifications Preferred
- Willingness to learn mold remediation and restoration processes
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus

Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week
