Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect parts, verifying accuracy and condition
- Order, receive, and invoice sublet operations
- Track and follow up on parts orders, ETAs, credits, and refunds
- Communicate parts status with the production and customer service teams
- Maintain organized parts storage and ensure proper labeling
- Return incorrect or damaged parts promptly for credit
- Keep inventory of fasteners, hardware, and shop supplies
- Assist with errands or parts runs as needed
- Participate in daily production meetings
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Alaska driver license with minimal violations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency (experience with Alldata, Motors, Mitchell, etc. preferred)
- At least two years of experience in a parts department, warehouse, or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, lift, bend, and work in small spaces for extended periods
- Comfortable working briefly outdoors in cold conditions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to wear a half mask or respirator when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
