Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of Auto Dealerships, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation and bathrooms.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Handle work responsibilities like trash removal, window cleaning, and surface maintenance
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules to optimize time management and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving furniture or equipment safely
- Document completed tasks accurately in reports or logs for quality assurance purposes
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning environments such as janitorial or custodial roles is highly valued
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry enhances understanding of client expectations and service standards
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types
- Familiarity with outdoor work activities like outdoor surface cleaning or landscaping support is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively while following all safety protocols
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients professionally and addressing their concerns confidently
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
