Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Familiarity with leveraging HR tools and systems like Paylocity and Taleo
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR best practices
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Ability to conduct strategic planning for HR initiatives
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
