Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a stable, full-time position in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Pick, pack, inspect, and move products throughout the warehouse and onto/off trailers.
- Stack and store materials according to inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Complete production records, documentation, and inventory transactions using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting production and quality standards.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift or warehouse experience.
- OSHA forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- RF Scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
