Founded and operated by a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an International Medical Graduate (IMG) background, H2ALife is dedicated to rewriting the industry standard for mobile wellness. We do not cut corners. We are launching with a fully established, audit-ready corporate infrastructure, rigorous clinical protocols, and proactive state compliance filings.
We are seeking a licensed Florida Physician (MD or DO) to serve as our Administrative Medical Director to anchor our clinical oversight and provide rapid virtual clearances.
The Role & Frictionless Workflow
We respect your time and your primary practice. This role has been specifically engineered to offer a high-yield, low-friction partnership utilizing a HIPAA-compliant digital EMR workflow:
- Telehealth Good Faith Exams (GFE): Conduct brief, synchronous 5-minute virtual consultations via our secure EMR portal to review patient intakes, verify clinical eligibility, and clear clients before treatment.
- Medical Oversight: Review and sign standing clinical protocols and medical orders for IV hydration compounds and metabolic peptide therapies.
- Zero Operational Heavy Lifting: Our Managing Member (RN/IMG) handles 100% of the physical charting, sterile clinical execution, cold-chain logistics, and Department of Health-regulated biomedical waste management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,500 / month (Base administrative stipend + volume-based telehealth GFE bonuses).
- Malpractice Coverage: 100% company-paid professional liability/malpractice insurance covering your specific administrative directorship and supervisory duties with H2ALife.
