Manager:
Gypsy Circus Cider, Tennessee's first Craft Cidery, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Manager for our Barrel House BBQ and Blind Raven Kingsport locations. You will be running multiple stores. We are looking for a candidate who is not only experienced in managing but also possesses a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the Food, Craft Cider and Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and oversee staff, ensuring excellent customer service and staff development.
- Possesses strong computer skills for management tasks, including inventory tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the management of inventory and supplies.
- Handle liquor and beer ordering through various distributors, ensuring a well-stocked and diverse selection.
- Showcase knowledge and creativity in making decisions.
- Maintain a positive and adaptive approach to managing responding to business needs.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management, with strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Experience with liquor,beer, food ordering through distributors.
- Proficient in cocktail preparation and knowledge of various drink recipes.
- A positive, adaptable personality, capable of handling dynamic situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings and holidays ( we work every holiday).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
