Position: Kitchen Team Member

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently

Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times

Adhere to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines

Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

Embodying our Mission, Vision and Values
- Multitasking quickly and thoroughly

Taking trash outside to dumpsters
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
- Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
- Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system
- Ability to work with pressure cookers and in a high temperature environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
