Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Rockville, Maryland. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility based on your availability and preferences.
This role will support students across assigned school sites, with clinicians typically covering 2–3 schools and working with a variety of age groups and communication needs. Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
