Jarlin Cabinetry is a leading wholesaler and distributor of quality all-wood kitchen and bath cabinetry for remodeling and new home construction markets located in Davie, FL. Our products are sold via a network of independent dealers and distributors or directly to major builders and contractors.
We are looking for a talented and creative individual who is willing to go the extra mile to make our clients happy and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about exploring a new field and has the ability to provide the highest caliber of customer service. Applicants with Customer Service experience and knowledge in the field of cabinetry are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Utilize computer skills to perform order entry, update records accurately using Netsuite.
- Assist with office duties such as calendar management to schedule shipments.
- Support clerical tasks.
- Handle customer service interactions via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and patience. Face to Face interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Customer service or shipping experience (one year or more)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required
- Knowledge of RTA cabinets is a major plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Negotiation
