Inside Sales Representative

Western Window is growing rapidly and is seeking a dependable, customer-oriented individual to join our growing Insides Sales Team.
We are a local, family-owned vinyl window and door fabricator with a long history in Idaho and a drive to be our Customers’ premier supplier of windows and doors.
Inside Sales Support Duties:
- Grow business through relationships with Customers.
- Work with Team Members to receive, review and enter orders from customers using various digital systems.
- Provides constant communication to customers regarding pricing, ship dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer for our joint success.
- Receive and address customer issues and complaints.
- Confer with team members to coordinate tasks such as expediting or tracing missing or delayed shipments.
- Coordinate with Territory Sales Reps to promote customer growth.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, customer oriented attitude and Team player mentality is a must!
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail required.
- Flexibility and familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer systems is needed.
- Previous sales in the building materials industry is a plus.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
