Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will help guide customers through their service options while ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, including oil changes, brake repairs, shocks and struts, and transmission work.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to recommend appropriate services based on vehicle maintenance history.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must have transportation.
