We are currently looking for small Construction business owners who are tired of working for themselves and dealing with the headaches that go along with being a business owner. We are looking for owners who enjoy the hands on part of their business, people who like to work with their hands and run a job site. We are looking for people with extensive experience in entire home renovations including but not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
We are looking for working foreman to run our current construction projects. This is a hands on position where the Foremen will be working side by side with our team members, they will be handling client relations, sub contractors and budgets.
We are currently looking for Working Foremen. A Foremen is a craftsman with extensive skill and experience level, able to manage job sites with multiple employees and trade contractors. We are looking for skilled craftsmen with experience on how to effectively complete projects on time and under budget. We want people who move quickly and effectively to get the job done correctly the first time.
Working Foreman Responsibilities
-Project Management
-Allocating Budget dollars
-Scheduling trade partners
-Managing employees on the project
-Daily reports and pictures
-Customer communications
-Physically working with hands to build project.
Previous Job Experience Required
A Foremen must have a minimum of seven years in all phases of residential construction and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have owned and operated their own construction business in the past.
Knowledge Required to Successfully Execute the Job
The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of residential construction, residential remodeling, construction practices, construction procedures, construction techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, safety and applicable building codes.
The candidate must also possess experience in drywall installation, drywall finishing, tile installation, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical, metal framing and wood framing.
The candidate will also be proficient in:
-Blueprint reading;
-Layout
-Framing;
-Project completion;
-Change order experience;
-Project scheduling;
-The ability to communicate details to employees and others.
Preference will be given to anyone also conveying skill in:
-Mathematics;
-Problem solving;
-Organizational skills.

This is a hands-on position, in which the Foremen will be require to build the project with their hands as well as ensure that trades and materials are scheduled and that the project comes in on time and on budget.
