We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced field environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time, hands-on position requiring both independent work and collaboration with a team.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years carpentry experience
Requirements:
- Must have a valid DL and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Physically capable of performing manual labor and working outdoors in various conditions
- Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including framing, repairs, installations, and general construction tasks
- Assist with jobsite preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting project timelines
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
- Proficient in the safe and proper use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
- Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
- Detail-Oriented with a focus on quality, precision, and craftmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected jobsite challenges
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment
